Precision Fireplace Services offers a variety of services to meet your fireplace needs, we service all brands and models of gas/pellet/wood fireplaces. We take pride in our work and service every fireplace to the highest standard as if it was our own.
It’s recommended to have your fireplace serviced & inspected annually and, in some cases, more frequently.

Typically, a gas service takes an hour, but circumstances vary and can take longer. Rates are $140/hour, with a 1 hour minimum prorated by the 1/4-hour after the first hour.
Most Pellet services take between 1 and 2 hours. Rates are $160/hour, with a 1 hour minimum prorated by the 1/4-hour after the first hour.
Wood sweeps generally take around an hour, but circumstances vary and can take longer. Rates are $160/hour, with a 1 hour minimum prorated by the 1/4-hour after the first hour.
Other Services Available
We have other services available upon request such as removal & haul away of old units, or chimney inspections w/camera. If you’re curious just give us a call for more information.
